The only reason why I give it 4 is because the bottom shorts ride up. I think maybe sizing up from regular size would help. I have thicker thighs, so I think that is why.

LOVE these, perfect shorts for long runs

I purchased these shortly before running my first marathon due to all the pockets for fuel & my phone. I did 2 practice runs in them and they worked perfect! The spandex liner has a rubber strip along on the bottoms to prevent them from moving. Pockets in the spandex were perfect for my phone and it stayed put the whole time. The zippered pockets on the flowy shorts fit my running fuel and kept it secure but easily accessible. I have absolutely no complaints about these shorts, I’ll be buying more!
