We will gladly accept return orders within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following condition:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, NEW with tag, returned in the original plastic bag packaging.
- For Bulk Sale orders and Final Sale Products, items cannot be returned once purchased except they have quality issue.
- Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, or your package is damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the shipping label as evidence. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@crzyoga.com for assistance.
Please provide clear photos of the items received, the packaging, and the shipping label so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please open your package carefully. CRZ YOGA is not responsible for damage caused during the opening process, including damage caused by sharp objects.
